Monitored, reconfigured and maintained diverse LAN & WAN networks and IPTV systems. Administered Linux and Windows servers alongside networking devices including switches, routers, load balancers, bandwidth management, firewall technologies and authentication systems across multi-site WAN & LAN environments.
Provided Level 1 support to guests in the hospitality industry across North America, South America and Europe. Troubleshot end devices, multi-vendor switches, controllers and routers for LAN and WLAN connectivity issues using SSH, Telnet and web interfaces.
